Customer's reviews
I have used Fitz2kleen several times in the past for carpet and upholstery cleaning, but this time they dealt with a strong smell that remained in a property my daughter was moving into. No matter what we tried, we could not get rid of it. Mark and Trena came to the rescue once again and cleaned all the carpets, then used an Ozone Generator to rid the property of the strong smell, and kill all bacteria. It is like a miracle, and I can't thank them enough. My daughter can now move in knowing the property is sparkling and smelling fresh. I always recommend them, and now I can do so even more. They are absolutely brilliant and there is nothing they don't know about cleaning and sanatising. Well done as always👍

I would like to share my experiences with Fitz2Kleen i don't normally write reviews but i feel Mark and his team deserve my attention. After a traumatic incident I needed a team that specialises in bio cleaning and removals.
The team lead by Mark and his wife Trena were from the very start professional courteous and discreet. There communication was 100% and they fully understood mine and my families situation. There work was such a high standard that I recommended them for another job. The difference between before and after was like night and day. Nothing was too much for them. Mark in particular was a constant source of support and his knowledge and experience shone through. There costs were extremely reasonable and very competitive to other similar businesses. Over the time of Mark's support I feel he is actually a friend. Please Mark pass on my sincere thanks to all your team

After a long period of illnes my flat had gotten into a really terrible state and I had started to think that it would never be clean again. I found Fitz2kleen on the web and contacted them. Mark came out really quickly and gave me a quote for a deep clean and carpet wash throughout for, what I thought, was a truly reasonable price and I booked them on the spot. Mark and his team arrived exactly when he said they would and got stuck straight in. Suffice it to say the results are nothing short of amazing. To sum up I have no hesitation in reccomending Fitz2kleen to anybody in need of a good cleaning company. I would without doubt use them again.
