I have used Fitz2kleen several times in the past for carpet and upholstery cleaning, but this time they dealt with a strong smell that remained in a property my daughter was moving into. No matter what we tried, we could not get rid of it. Mark and Trena came to the rescue once again and cleaned all the carpets, then used an Ozone Generator to rid the property of the strong smell, and kill all bacteria. It is like a miracle, and I can't thank them enough. My daughter can now move in knowing the property is sparkling and smelling fresh. I always recommend them, and now I can do so even more. They are absolutely brilliant and there is nothing they don't know about cleaning and sanatising. Well done as always👍 ~ Cathy C

After a long period of illnes my flat had gotten into a really terrible state and I had started to think that it would never be clean again. I found Fitz2kleen on the web and contacted them. Mark came out really quickly and gave me a quote for a deep clean and carpet wash throughout for, what I thought, was a truly reasonable price and I booked them on the spot. Mark and his team arrived exactly when he said they would and got stuck straight in. Suffice it to say the results are nothing short of amazing. Fitz2Kleen have just finished a fire restoration clean on our house. I called Fit2Kleen having seen them advertised locally a number of times following a house fire. My mesage was returned quickly and Mark and Treena attended a couple of hours after my initial call. They both were really clear and concise in their advice and gave us a free quote to pass on to our landlord soon after their visit. During their initial visit they were so friendly and helpful and they genuinely cared for how they could assist us in such a stressful time. The work started a few days later and all team on the job were great. They were polite and friendly and completed the job to a very high standard. They took great care of our house whilst they worked and they are a credit to the company. We would highly recommend Fitz2kleen. Called in these guys for a end of job clean after a bar fit-out,my then regular company let me down last minute,the lady I spoke to on the phone told me that they were fully booked,I explained that the job was handed over in a couple of day.she asked me the address and said I'll see you in 15, Didn't expect to hear from them Low and behold Trena appeared onsite to assess the job,said it would prob need 2 as there was still ongoing work(which it did) and arranged for her expert cleaners and technicians to work at night to get everything ship shape for hand over. Following an unexpected death in the family, Mark and Trena stepped in to support me at this incredibly difficult time. They dealt with all of my cleaning needs, both 'after death' and end of tenancy in a professional and efficient way. They stepped in when I didn't know where to turn, handling the situation with a level of kindness and understanding that made things easier, they did more than just a job. I found them extremely helpful when I needed to get a stubborn stain out of my new carpet. Eventhough they were not local to me they took the time to talk me through the problem is a virtual capacity. I burnt a plastic dish onto the base of my oven (don't ask lol) and it solidified - I'd tried getting it off myself but felt I was going to wreck the oven. With Mark's expert guidance and step by step instructions, I got it removed, saving me having to buy a new oven! Mark from Fitz2Kleen went out of his way during the weekend to help me. The team arrived promptly and extracted the excess water and left us their machines which provided a nice gentle dry. Accidently left the sunroof open on our car, I towled dried it, dehumidifier for 2 days and vax and few days later it stank. Called Mark and he came out the same day and used 2 Ozone machines. Really pleased with the way Mark cleaned the mould from the rim/water jets from our toilet. The mould was thick/very hard and I couldn't move it, but Mark shifted it with the minimum of fuss.
